    If you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice, which allows other clients to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointment canceled with less than 24-hour notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee of all scheduled service(s).

    Clients with pending no-show fees will not be booked for another session before covering the cancellation fee first.

    We do understand that there are sometimes very last-minute unforeseen events and situations. Please drop us a line as soon as possible in this case so we're aware of your circumstances and cancellation fees can be voided.

    Our client list is filled to its capacity. However, if you'd like to be part of our s t o l e n family, please contact us. Be aware that the wait time may be longer than usual, but we'll try to fit you in. For all new clients, we require an initial consultation that is free of charge.

    Prices are subject to change depending on the final agreement between the stylist and the client. Some processes may be more demanding than what the client has initially booked; therefore, the prices may vary.

  • r e f u n d s

    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your services, we allow 14 days to raise such issues. Please get in touch with us via phone or e-mail. We always accommodate such requests as soon as possible by inviting you for a visit and finding a solution. We do not provide refunds.
